Austin Covington is an accomplished healthcare professional with a diverse background and a deep commitment to service. With over 30 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Austin has held various roles, from being a flight medic for the Life Flight network to serving as a Lt. Colonel in the Air Force Reserves.

Throughout his career, Austin has demonstrated a passion for learning and growth. He holds multiple master’s degrees, including one in Physician Assisting and another in Health Administration. His expertise extends to risk management, safety, training, and compliance, making him an invaluable asset as the Director of Risk Management, Safety, Training, and Compliance at TMG.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Austin is a devoted family man and has raised five sons. He embraces adventure and has lived in 22 states and countries, immersing himself in different cultures and forging lasting friendships along the way.
